Barry StrumpfBarry Strumpf is a nationally recognized expert on the federal budget and appropriations process. His work spans a broad cross section of issues touching upon everything from energy to defense and finance. He was a long-time budget staffer for former Senator Ernest Hollings (D-SC), former Chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee and one of the lions of the Senate. Barry spent over two decades working with Senator Hollings on Capitol Hill. In addition to his work with Green Capitol, Barry teaches about the federal budget process at Georgetown University.
